Cervical fracture (at the gum line): same condition, different treatments.

In both cases, the patient presented a cervical fracture at the gum line.
🔹 Case 1: no pain and no pulpal involvement → filling restoration.
🔹 Case 2: pain and pulpal involvement → root canal treatment and crown to restore function and protect the tooth long-term.

👉 Not all fractures are treated the same. Proper diagnosis is key.

Acabo de regresar de Santiago de Chile, donde tuve el privilegio de entrenar con el Dr. Marchesani en un curso intensivo de implantología. Una experiencia que eleva mi práctica y me permite ofrecer tratamientos más precisos, seguros y estéticos a mis pacientes.

En la odontología, la preparación nunca termina. Cada actualización, cada curso, cada maestro… todo suma para brindar la mejor calidad posible.
