In México it´s estimated that 97% of the population suffers from some type of disease in the oral cavity. It´s well documented that oral infections
can cause serious problems in other organs of our body, as well as prosthetic replacements. México is the number 1 country with childhood obesity, diabetes, cardiac diseases; we will be without a doubt the number one country surgically treating teenagers and Young adults for cardiac complications. We can add the obvious GI, ENT, and even ortho and neurosurgery by TMJ and muscular problems that can cause severe back pain. There is no doubt that medicine should be treated as a whole, using the known, but also investigating new ways to give a better treatment to our patients. By making innovation one of our goals, is evident that research should be an important part of the equation. Education brings a wide arrange of benefits, first we could do investigation for commercial companies, since the studies approved by the Secretaría de Salud are approved by the FDA, this could be an interesting area to look at. The continuous education courses have been an important area for two reasons specially, first we can recognize talent that might be interested to join us, and second economically is a source of income and a way of providing treatment to the less fortunate population using the same standards of treatment, and materials by having them being treated during the courses. Because of the background of the people that created this project, we have a huge advantage over the local health providers, since we are trained in the US people can receive US treatment, with the best quality, materials and equipment, delivering the best service provided by our US trained professional staff at a price 50 to 70% less than in the US. How do we achieve this, using the same materials than in the US? We believe that as health providers we have a responsibility to provide treatment at a fair price without sacrificing the quality of work done by our handpicked and superbly trained staff in all our locations. By having multiple locations working and delivering treatment with the same standard, the patient can seek treatment at any location, simply by identifying via fingerprint, his file with its latest x-rays will be available at the alternative location.
