Our dear patient Carol came for annual follow up appointment. In this follow up appointments we give maintenance to prosthesis over implants, which includes X-Rays ,cleaning, polishing and making sure every screw is tight and torqued.

After her appointment, she shared with us some of her experience and how her life has changed after getting All on 4 and dental Crowns.

Complex case where we had Maxillary Sinus limitations which made difficult to make a conventional All on 4 or All on 6 technique.

Maxillary Sinus Lifting and Bone Graft were not a viable option due to times of healing, which will make our patient be without functional teeth for over a year.

The case was resolved with the placement of:
2 Zygomatic Implants
1 Pterygoid Implant
2 Conventional Implants
1 Transinusal Implant

This technique (PATZi), gave us the correct support and anchoring to be able to offer our patient immediate functional teeth right after surgery. This way our patient was able to recover his teeth and confidence since day 1 without having to wait over a year with uncomfortable dentures and extra surgeries.

Patient will be coming 4 months after to replace his Temporal PMMA prosthesis for a permanent Titanium-Zirconium prosthesis.

This is our dear patient Chris, he came to us looking for a diagnosis to regain his oral health.

Firstly we analyze the case with all our diagnostic tools available which include:
-Digital X-rays
-3D Dental Scanning Technology
-CBCT Scan
-IntraOral and ExtraOral Pictures

After further a thorough evaluation of the case we determined his teeth had suffered fractures, periodontal disease (bone loss), and deep cavities in almost most of his teeth.

Which consists on all teeth fixed and supported by 6 implants

•After the implants placement:
Two temporal immediate fixed dentures were fabricated to give our patient Chris his smile back since the first visit, 4 months later temporal dentures will be replace for fixed Titanium- Zirconium Hybrid Prosthesis
