Immediate post-extraction implant case 🦷

We began with a blood draw to prepare platelet-rich fibrin (PRF). The PRF clots were combined with a dentin graft to create sticky bone, which was used for guided bone regeneration.

The implant was placed immediately after extraction. A customized healing abutment was preformed using a surgical guide/template to support soft-tissue healing and maintain the emergence profile around the implant.

A punch technique was used with a PRF membrane to help protect the site and support healing.
