🇬🇧 This post is dedicated to Hypodontia, a condition of congenital absence of one and more teeth. In this case there was a missing lateral incisor, persistence of deciduous canine and a displacement of the position of the permanent canine. The other lateral incisor was smaller and with irregular shape which is also common for Hypodontia. The treatment of Hypodontia varies depending of the residual space between the teeth and the interarch relationship between the jaws. In this case we think that we had a wonderful result in achieving good teeth alighement and beautiful smile.
🇲🇰 Овaa oбјава е посветена на хиподонцијата, состојба на вродено отсуство на еден или повеќе заби. Во овој случај недостасуваше латерален секач, перзистенција на млечен канин и поместување на положбата на трајниот канин. Другиот латерален секач беше помал и со неправилна форма, што е исто така вообичаено за хиподонција. Третманот на хиподонција варира во зависност од преостанатиот простор помеѓу забите и меѓувиличните соодноси помеѓу вилиците. Во овој случај сметаме дека имавме прекрасен резултат во постигнувањето добро порамнување на забите и убава насмевка.
🇦🇱 Ky postim i kushtohet Hipodoncisë, një gjendje e mungesës kongjenitale të një ose më shumë dhëmbëve. Në këtë rast mungonte një prerës anësor, vazhdonte kanini i qumështit dhe zhvendosej pozicioni i kaninit të përhershëm. Prerësi tjetër anësor ishte më i vogël dhe me formë të çrregullt, gjë që është gjithashtu e zakonshme për Hipodoncinë. Trajtimi i Hipodoncisë ndryshon në varësi të hapësirës së mbetur midis dhëmbëve dhe marrëdhënies ndër-harkore midis nofullave. Në këtë rast mendojmë se patëm një rezultat të mrekullueshëm në arritjen e një rregullimi të mirë të dhëmbëve dhe një buzëqeshjeje të bukur.

🇬🇧 This was a patient with severe crowding of the teeth and total reverse displacement of the canine with the lateral incisor. Despite our better recommendation the patient refused to wear the appliance in the lower jaw, but despite that we were able to accomplish a good result.
🇲🇰 Стануваше збор за пациент со значителна збиеност на забите и целосно обратно заменување на положбата на канинот со латералниот секач. И покрај нашата подобра препорака, пациентот одби да го носи апаратот во долната вилица, но и покрај тоа успеавме да постигнеме добар резултат
🇦🇱 Ky ishte një pacient me grumbullim të rëndë të dhëmbëve dhe zhvendosje totale të kundërt të qenit me prerësin anësor. Pavarësisht rekomandimit tonë më të mirë, pacienti refuzoi ta mbante aparatin në nofullën e poshtme, por pavarësisht kësaj ne arritëm të arrinim një rezultat të mirë.

🇬🇧 Another case of closing gaps between the teeth. As shown in this case the closing of gaps is not just about bringing the teeth closet together but also about creating better interarch relationship and leveling of the teeth

🇬🇧 Teeth spacing is when there is a discrepancy between the size of the jaw and that teeth and it results in the appearance of gaps between the teeth. To correct this we use fixed partial dentures. After the dentures it is mandatory to wear retainers for prolonged time because this type of anomaly is prone to relapse

🇲🇰 Растојанието меѓу забите е кога постои несовпаѓање помеѓу големината на вилицата и забите, што резултира со појава на празнини меѓу забите. За да се корегира ова, користиме фиксни парцијални протези. По протезите е задолжително носење ретејнери подолг временски период, бидејќи овој тип на аномалија е склоне кон релапс.

🇦🇱 Hapësira midis dhëmbëve ndodh kur ka një mospërputhje midis madhësisë së nofullës dhe dhëmbëve dhe kjo rezulton në shfaqjen e boshllëqeve midis dhëmbëve. Për ta korrigjuar këtë, ne përdorim proteza të pjesshme fikse. Pas protezave është e detyrueshme të mbahen mbajtëse për një kohë të zgjatur, sepse ky lloj anomalie është i prirur të rikthehet.

🇬🇧 This case is with recorded distal occlusion and deep bite, narrow and long upper jaw and retruded lower jaw. It was treated with fixed orthodontic appliance and without tooth extractions

🇲🇰 Во овој случај се работи за пациент со длабок загриз, тесена и долга горна вилица и ретрудирана долна вилица. Беше третиран со долна фиксна ортодонтска протеза и без вадење на заби.
