🇬🇧 This is a severe case of unilateral crossbite combined with excessive lower jaw growth in which we get a mismatch between the interarch relationships. Complications of these kind of jaw relationship can lead to damege to the jaw joints, fracture and wear on the teeth, increase in caries, periodontal disease and bad breathing. For this case we used a Deleire mask for protraction of the upper jaw and hyrax appliance for the expansion of the upper jaw. The case was solved to our and the patients satisfaction.
🇲🇰 Ова е тежок случај на едностран вкрстен загриз во комбинација со прекумерен раст на долната вилица, при што настанало несовпаѓање помеѓу меѓувиличните соодноси. Компликациите од ваков вид виличен однос може да доведат до оштетување на виличните зглобови, фрактура и абење на забите, зголемување на кариесот, пародонтални заболувања и лошо дишење. За овој случај користевме маска Deleire за протракција на горната вилица и апарат hyrax за проширување на горната вилица. Случајот беше решен на наше задоволство и на задоволство на пациентите.

🇬🇧 This is an interesting case of tooth crowding. The patient experienced dissatisfaction of the displacement of the central incisor. We adviced braces on both dental arches, but on the demand of the patient we only treated the upper jaw and left the bite of the patient untreated. We strongly cautioned the patient od the risks involving the bad bite including risk of relapse. We managed to make space for the central incisor by using the gap between the teeth left by a previous extraction of the right first molar and the correction of the cross bite. We are very satisfied with the space management in this case cause we didn't protrude the front teeth to gain space. In the end we managed to get stable results to our satisfaction and the satisfaction of the patient.

🇦🇱 Ky është një rast interesant i mbipopullimit të dhëmbëve. Pacienti përjetoi pakënaqësi për zhvendosjen e dhëmbëve prerës qendror.
