Pre-operative radiograph showed:
Inadequate obturation (short fill)
periapical lesion involvement

🦷 Treatment steps:
Removal of old obturation
Working length re-determination
Proper cleaning & shaping
Intracanal medication placed between visits
Final obturation using bioceramic sealer

✅ Post-operative radiograph shows improved length and density with better apical seal.
