Multiple space closer with direct composite.
Just space closer not complete vneering✨

a case started at the last year(September 2023 and finished at July 2024) 4 months ago.

The case presented with disatisfaction of her smile especially the midline diastima.
On examination there was an old discoloured restoration debonded in some part of it and multiple spaces in the antrior region.
The final decision was to close the midline diastima with composite.
The old restoration was removed , scaling because there was calculus in that region and we started the procedure.
In such cases just closing the midline diastima will not give a satisfactory result, those after a while we planned another vist to close the rest of the spaces.

Recipe:
Charisma bulk flow one, tokoyama lx5 opa2, tokoyama astria A2b.
finshed and polished with Lucida and eve twist.

النتيجة قبل وبعد في جلسة واحدة🤗

A step by step procedure of Class 3 composite restoration.
A 10 yeares old patient presented with a broken central incisor previously treated with composite,there was remnants of the old restoration all over the middle and the cervical third.
The remnants of the old restoration were removed and a new composite restoration with the concept of the simplified layring technique was held
I will l leave you with the photos with Detailed explanation of the steps.

Technique: layering and free hand.
Composite used:tokoyama and vittra🇯🇵🇧🇷💜🤍
Polished with lucida✨🫧

في حالتي اللي كانت سعيدة بإبتسامتها وبفضل الله رجعت تبتسم بكل ثقة تم عمل حشوات متتعدة للاسنان الامامية وعمل علاج عصب لبعض الاسنان المحتاجة🦷💗
