We are looking for a front office practice manager and receptionist to work closely with the rest of our team to ensure that our patients get the best quality care
We are looking for an ideal candidate with the following:
• Well-presentable, friendly, warm, customer-orientated with good telephone and communication skills
• Fluency in all three languages
• Computer Literate and proficient in social media and relevant software applications (Microsoft Office etc)
• Good organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently, independently and unsupervised
• Good work values and ethics
• O/Level Credit passes in English and Mathematics

Duties and Responsibilities:
• This is a full-time position. The Dental Clinic timings are Monday to Friday 8 30 am to 6pm and Saturday 8 am to 2pm
• You will be the “face” of the practice and will be expected to model a high standard of empathy and patients’ services to create a genuine relationship and connection with patients
• You will be communicating with patients over the phone, by email and managing patient appointments and patient recalls
• Clinic administration and management duties
• Management of clinic finances and accounts
• Patient Management and Record Keeping
• You may be required to provide chair side assistance at times of need
• There will be on the job training
Salary and Benefits:
Negotiable depending on qualification and experience
