✅️ It is an appliance placed to preserve the space of the early lost primary tooth, to allow the eruption of the permanent tooth in its correct position.
🔴 This appliance helps prevent orthodontic problems that may need to be corrected later on.

🦷 ما هو جهاز حافظ المسافة؟ 🦷

✅️هو جهاز يحافظ على مسافة ضرس الحليب الذي تم فقدانه مبكراً، للسماح للضرس الدائم بالبزوغ في مكانه الصحيح.
🔴 هذا الجهاز يمنع تسبب بعض المشاكل التي قد تستدعي تقويم الأسنان لاحقاً.

- Pulp therapy and stainless steel crowns for the left and right primary molars.

طفلة في الخامسة والنصف من عمرها تشتكي من ألم في أضراسها على الجانبين من فكها السفلي..

✅️ بعد إدارة سلوك المريضة لكسب تعاونها، العلاجات التي تم القيام بها هي:

- Pulp therapy and stainless steel crowns for the upper right second primary molar, and upper left primary molars
- Extraction of upper right first primary molar
- Band and loop space maintainer to preserve the space until the eruption of the permanent successor tooth.

✅ مراجعة بعد ٥ أشهر لطفلة في السادسة من عمرها بالعلاجات التالية:
- علاج للعصب وتلبيسة معدنية للأضراس اللبنية من الجهة العلوية اليسار، والضرس اللبني الثاني من الجهة العلوية اليمين
- خلع الضرس اللبني الأول من الجهة العلوية اليمين
- وضع حافظ مسافة لإبقاء المساحة اللازمة للضرس الدائم الذي سيبزغ مع الوقت.

A 6.5 year old patient complaining from pain in both sides of his lower jaw..
✔️ The following treatments were performed:
- Behavioral management
- Dental prophylaxis and fluoride application
- Fissure sealants (preventive restorations) for the first permanent molar on each side
- Pulp therapy and stainless steel crowns for the left primary molars, and the right first primary molar
- Extraction of the right second primary molar.
- Placement of a space maintainer to preserve the space until the eruption of the permanent successor tooth.

طفل في السادسة والنصف من عمره يشتكي من ألم في أسنانه على الجانبين من فكه السفلي..
✔️ العلاجات التي تم القيام بها:
- إدارة سلوك المريض لكسب تعاونه
- تنظيف الأسنان وحمايتها بالفلورايد
- لاصق شقوق (حشوة وقائية) للضرس الدائم الأول من كل جهة
- علاج للعصب وتلبيسة معدنية للأضراس اللبنية من جهة اليسار، والضرس اللبني الأول من جهة اليمين
- خلع الضرس اللبني الثاني من جهة اليمين
- وضع حافظ مسافة لإبقاء المساحة اللازمة للضرس الدائم الذي سيبزغ مع الوقت.
