The result is still stable after 7-year follow-up
A CL II division 2 was diagnosed in this 12 years old boy.

A gummy smile is associated with flared upper laterals, traumatic deep bite and a canted occlusal plane.

A 2 phase treatment was thoroughly efficient to treat the malocclusion combined with CL II div. 2, the upper and lower front teeth's inclinations and one of the foremost factors: the smile line.

The stability in functional and esthetic ways, after 7 years of follow-up is an evidence that the treatment plan was put in place according to the diagnosis.
