How many months do you think it took to finish this case? 😊
Cases like these are, in my opinion, among the most challenging in implant dentistry.
Every single step matters.
One wrong move during implant drilling can be catastrophic.
If the implant is not placed perfectly, it can touch — or even perforate — the roots of adjacent healthy teeth.
And if the position is even slightly off, the papillae will not be symmetrical, one side will end up smaller than the other, and the final aesthetics can look terrible.
Everything has to be planned precisely — from the incision design, papilla preservation, and temporary restorations, all the way to tissue shaping and achieving the ideal papillae.
So… what’s your guess? 👀😊
