This case highlights the progression and evolution of dental implant design and loading protocols over two decades, showcasing advancements in technology and techniques that improve patient outcomes and reduce treatment times. It is a typical case in private practice. It started in 1999 with a Tissue Level implant to replace missing tooth #36. While Conventional dentistry work is getting old and fails for this patient , Implant dentistry is showing long term outcomes, up to 25 years.

A series of clinical cases will be presented consecutively with a follow-up going to 23 years performed in our clinic. The goal is to show long term clinical results for all Dental Implant indications done in a private practice setting. This differ from academia where time and rush is not an issue. Since facebook is a public media we will try to focus on long term radiographic and clinical photos with minimum surgical image. Stay tune
