Root Canal Treatment on 2 molars 36-37 same session.

Endo case of the day:
Patient V. came to the clinic claiming some discomfort in tooth #36 and claiming that this tooth had an RCT 6 years ago. After an initial X-Ray it was obvious that no RCT was done which led to a big peri-apical lesion with a positive percussion.
A proper RCT was done on the tooth with follow up X-Rays at t=1 month, t=2months and t=4months showing an almost complete remission in the latter.
