You will notice the following symptoms when you have problems with a wisdom tooth:
🦷 Severe pain or stiffness in the jaw in the area surrounding the emergence of a wisdom tooth.
🦷Irritation accompanied by pain as a result of the appearance of a wisdom tooth in the wrong way.
🦷Swelling of the area due to the growth of gum tissue around the wisdom tooth.
🦷 Overcrowding of the teeth due to the lack of a sufficient and wide place for the emergence of a wisdom tooth.
🦷Tooth decay and gingivitis in the event that a wisdom tooth appears behind the mouth and has difficulty reaching it in order to clean it.

Impacted wisdom teeth occur because of a lack of space, obstruction, or abnormal position.

🦷They can cause pain, swelling, and infection, and may destroy adjacent teeth and bone.
🦷The incidence of impacted wisdom teeth is high, mainly people aged 20 to 30 years have at least one impacted third molar.

🤯We'd like to share a case of horizontal impacted wisdom tooth, and the second case for distoangular impacted wisdom teeth. We'll soon share vertical and horizontal wisdom teeth cases.

Wisdom tooth problems!!
👉 Lack of space: the wisdom tooth appears partly from the gums because there is not enough space for it, which leads to the growth of gum tissue around it, which increases the risk of gingivitis.
👉 Wrong orientation: Sometimes a wisdom tooth appears upside down in the wrong direction.
👉 Small size of the jaw: Some people suffer from a small size of the jaw, and thus a lack of sufficient space for the emergence of a wisdom tooth, which may cause its implantation in the jaw and its inability to pe*****te the gums.
👉 Appearance in the back of the mouth: a wisdom tooth may appear in the back area of the teeth, which makes it difficult to reach it in order to clean it.
👉 The emergence of cysts: Cysts may appear associated with the wisdom tooth, causing damage to the bones and roots in the molar area.

مشاكل ضرس العقل!! 🤫
👈 قلة المساحة: يظهر سن العقل من اللثة بشكل جزئي لعدم وجود مكان كاف له، مما يؤدي إلى نمو أنسجة اللثة من حوله الأمر الذي يرفع من خطر الإصابة بالتهاب اللثة.
👈 الإتجاه الخاطئ: في بعض الأحيان يظهر ضرس العقل مقلوبًا بالإتجاه الخاطئ.
👈 صغر حجم الفك: يعاني بعض الأشخاص من صغر حجم الفك، وبالتالي قلة المساحة الكافية لظهور ضرس العقل، مما قد يسبب انغراسه في الفك وعدم قدرته على اختراق اللثة.
👈 ظهوره في المنطقة الخلفية من الفم: قد يظهر ضرس العقل في المنطقة الخلفية من الأسنان، الأمر الذي يشكل صعوبة في الوصول إليه بهدف تنظيفه.
👈 ظهور أكياس: قد يظهر أكياس مترافقة مع ضرس العقل، تسبب تضرر العظام والجذور في منطقة الضرس.
