To our valued patients and the Humphreys Community,
We are writing to extend our sincerest apologies to the patients and families whose appointments were unexpectedly canceled this past Saturday afternoon.
Unfortunately, during a procedure that afternoon, our providing dentist sustained a severe hand injury that required an immediate visit to the Emergency Room. Because dentistry relies entirely on the precise use of our hands, it was physically impossible to continue providing safe care. Consequently, we had to make the difficult but unavoidable decision to halt clinical operations for the rest of the day.
We understand how frustrating it is to have your schedule disrupted, especially on a weekend, and we deeply regret any inconvenience this caused. Please know that closing the clinic was our absolute last resort.
Our team is actively reaching out to prioritize rescheduling everyone who was impacted by this weekend's closure. We truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support as our dentist recovers.
