Challenging endo case. 5 Canals in tooth 🦷 #36 .
- Pt came in as hot pulp (very hard to fully anesthetize)
- Pt said he has allergy to Ibuprofen
- Pt is very scared of dentist (I convinced him to get endo instead of Ext- my bad 😜)

Diagnosis: Irriversible Pulpitis with normal periapical periodontium

Tx: one visit endo
as he is so scared of dental procedure and I was quite confident that I can finish it (my bad again). Pt managed to open his mouth for the treatment. Follow up next week (pt goes back to the Philippines soon, hope I can put a crown in time)

Post-Op Medications: Paracetamol 1000mg t.i.d.

Not my case. That is why you need to respect implant biomechanics. Even the splinted crowns did not help.
