土日参加した学会場が寒くて、風邪ひきました💦
翌日からなんとか診療に出れるようにと、私が試したアイテムをご紹介します。
一つ目は、バリ島のドラッグストアで購入したハーブエキス”Antangin”‼️
ミントがすごいです！
喉、鼻、あっと言う間にスースーになります！
その他、生姜、朝鮮人参などなどが入った茶色い液体ハーブです。
インドネシア語で説明が書いてあります。
店頭にはいくつかのバリエーションがありましたが、ジンジャーの絵が大きいこれをチョイス😊
1日3回服用だそうですが、1袋を3回に分けても良いくらい、効果が大！
二つ目は、イギリスはギルフォードのWH Smithで購入した超生姜！”MOJU Extra kick Ginger”
これは、超・超・超ジンジャーです！
喉の腫れがひいていく〜、って感じを如実に感じます！
ただの生姜汁とちがい、粉っぽくなく、ほの甘くて、おいちいです😊
一回飲み切りサイズの極小ペットボトルに入ってます。
これ、なんで日本で売ってないんだろう。
三つ目は、イギリスの有名ドラストBootsや、Sainsbury’sで売ってるビタミンC！
各、オリジナル商品です。
すごく使いやすい円柱ボトルに、円盤のタブレットがたくさん入ってます！
個人的には、Bootsの方が最後まできちんと溶けるので好きですが、Sainsbury’sはビタミンのバリエーションが多いです。
イギリスに行かれる方は、是非お土産にもおすすめです!

The venue for the conference I attended over the weekend was freezing, and I caught a cold 💦
Here are the items I tried to help me get back to seeing patients the very next day.
The first is "Antangin," a herbal extract I bought at a drugstore in Bali ‼️
The mint kick is intense!
It instantly clears up your throat and nose with a cooling sensation!
It’s a brown herbal liquid containing ingredients like ginger and ginseng.
The instructions are written in Indonesian.
There were a few varieties available, but I chose this one because of the large picture of ginger on the package 😊
You're supposed to take it three times a day, but it's so potent that even splitting a single packet into three doses works wonders!
The second item is "MOJU Extra Kick Ginger," which I bought at WHSmith in Guildford, UK!
This is ginger—super, super, super ginger!
You can actually feel the swelling in your throat going down!
Unlike plain ginger juice, it isn't gritty; it has a subtle sweetness and tastes delicious 😊
It comes in a tiny, single-serving plastic bottle.
I wonder why this isn't sold in Japan.
The third item is Vitamin C sold at famous UK stores like Boots and Sainsbury’s!
These are their respective store-brand products.
They come in very user-friendly cylindrical bottles packed with disc-shaped tablets!
Personally, I prefer the Boots version because the tablets dissolve completely, but Sainsbury’s offers a wider variety of vitamin options.
If you're visiting the UK, I highly recommend these as souvenirs!
