Our clinic has had a cancellation policy for some time. We want to inform everyone again.
YOSHIO DENTAL CLINIC Appointment Cancellation Policy
Every year we lose valuable treatment time because of patients failing to attend their appointments or canceling at short notice. This makes it more difficult for us to accommodate our patients needing urgent treatment, for existing patients to book appointments and for new patients to register here.
We aim to provide all of our patients with the best possible service and to achieve this we need your co-operation. When you schedule appointments, that time has been set aside for you.
If you miss your appointment, your treatment will not proceed. Also, we can't use that time to treat other people who have cavities or other problems.
Short notice appointment cancellation, failed attendance or late arrival (of more than 20 minutes) disrupts service for other patients and our staff.
Due to our small business size and high demand for appointments at Yoshio Dental Clinic, the following Cancellation Policy applies:
1 . Patients are not generally requested to pre-pay for dental consultations or treatment.
(Except for extensive treatments, temporary crown, occlusal treatment, Periodontal re-evaluation, orthodontic
treatment & surgeries)
2 . Where a patient cancels an appointment or does not attend, offering less than 24 hours notice.
a. The First occurrence, we understand that situations can happen (extreme weather, emergencies, traffic jams).
We will NOT request a cancellation fee.
b . For the second and subsequent appointments, we often ask for both a deposit and a short notice cancellation fee. The deposit will be requested to reserve a further reservation. It will be attributed to your future transactions.
3 . Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 22000Yen short notice cancellation fee at the discretion of management.
4 . Cancellation Fees are non-refundable.
If you cannot keep your appointment, please make every effort to cancel it well in advance to offer it to your colleagues. Non-attendance and cancellations at short notice without a valid reason deprives other patients of essential dental services.
Yoshio Dental Clinic reserves the right to request patients who continually cancel appointments at short notice, fail to attend, arrive late, or are simply rude to source another service provider.
Everything is done based on mutual trust and love.
And your actions, good or bad, will always come back to you.
