اليوم، كان الأخ الصغير لمريضتنا طبيب الأسنان المساعد، وشاركنا الموعد بكل حماس. من خلال لعب الأدوار (Role-Play)، يتعرّف الأطفال على بيئة عيادة الأسنان بطريقة ممتعة وآمنة، مما يساعدهم على بناء الثقة وتقليل الخوف من زيارة طبيب الأسنان.

لأن التجارب الإيجابية في الطفولة تصنع ابتسامات تدوم مدى الحياة. 🌟

🎉 وخلال العطل المدرسية، نوفر تجربة “طبيب الأسنان الصغير” للأطفال الراغبين بالمشاركة، حيث يمكنهم ارتداء المعطف الأبيض، والتعرّف على أدوات العيادة، والمشاركة في تجربة ممتعة تساعدهم على الشعور بالثقة والارتياح داخل عيادة الأسنان.

Sometimes the best teacher for a child is… another child.

Today, our little patient’s younger brother stepped into the role of a “dentist,” helping me throughout the appointment. Through role-play, children become familiar with the dental environment in a fun and safe way, helping them build confidence and feel more comfortable during dental visits.

Because positive childhood dental experiences create healthy smiles for life. 🌟

🎉 During school holidays, we also offer a “Little Dentist” role-play experience for children who are interested. They get to wear a white coat, explore the dental instruments, and participate in a fun, safe activity designed to build confidence and make dental visits a positive experience.

راجعتنا الطفلة بعد سنة كاملة من التعرّض لكسر في السن،

🦷 Dental Trauma Case – 12-Year-Old Patient

The patient presented one year after a tooth fracture.
Due to the delay in treatment, the tooth became non-vital (necrotic).

حالة اليوم:
🔹 عملنا علاج لب للضرس الدائم الأول العلوي اليمين، وبعدها وضعنا تاج ستانلس ستيل لحماية السن.
🔹 أزلنا تاج قديم غير مناسب كان يسبب مشاك
🔹 عملنا علاج جذور للسن المصاب والتخلص من الالتهاب.
🔹 ثم وضعنا تاج جديد مناسب ليحافظ على وظيفة السن ومنع أي تسرب.

هدف العلاج:
✔️ إزالة الألم والالتهاب
✔️ حماية السن والمحافظة عليه في الفم
✔️ استعادة المضغ بطريقة صحيحة

علاج صحيح يريح الطفل ويحافظ على الأسنان💕

✔️ Pulpotomy and stainless steel crown for the upper right first molar
✔️ Removal of an old poorly fitting SSC

خلع السن اللبني قبل وقته مش معناه إن المشكلة انتهت! 🦷

الفراغ اللي بيتركه السن المخلوع ممكن يسبب ميلان الأسنان المجاورة وإغلاق المسافة، وهاد بيمنع السن الدائم من الظهور بمكانه الصحيح وممكن نحتاج تقويم بالمستقبل.

في الفيديو بستخدم حافظ مسافة من نوع (Band and Loop). جهاز بسيط وصغير بنحطه عشان "يحجز" المكان للسن الدائم لحد ما يقرر يشرفنا. 😉

Extracting a baby tooth early doesn't mean the problem is solved! 🦷

The gap left behind can cause neighboring teeth to drift and close the space, blocking the permanent tooth from erupting correctly. This often leads to complex orthodontic needs later.

In this reel, I’m using a Band and Loop space maintainer. It’s a simple, small device designed to "save the spot" for the permanent tooth until it’s ready to come out.
