I usually restore this kind of cases with a ceramic veneer. In this case the patient had received a filling somewhere for her front tooth just a week ago. You can imagine that she was not happy with the result.

Her tooth has many colour dimensions. Challenge accepted. I restored her tooth with a new Composite Filling. The result blends in very harmoniously with the rest of her teeth.

A filling can look aesthetically pleasing too!

When in doubt, go vertical.

This case was not an easy one.
After falling, this anterior tooth was broken in half.
A very deep fracture made us stand in front of a very big decision:

Keep the remaining tooth fragment OR extract what's left and place an implant?

We consulted and decided to save what's left.
