Epulis fissuratum and leaf-like fibroma are benign, fibrous tissue hyperplasias resulting from chronic irritation by ill-fitting dentures.
Epulis fissuratum causes tissue folds along denture borders (vestibule), while leaf-like fibromas are pedunculated, flat lesions often found on the hard palate. Treatment involves surgical excision and denture adjustment/remake.

الـ Epulis fissuratum و الورم الليفي الورقي الشكل (Leaf-like fibroma) هما تضخمان ليفيان حميدان في الأنسجة الرخوة ينشآن نتيجة تهيّج مزمن بسبب أطقم أسنان غير ملائمة
يعتمد العلاج على الاستئصال الجراحي للآفة، مع تعديل الطقم السني أو إعادة تصنيعه لضمان ملاءمته ومنع تكرار الحالة.
