Did you know that what you drink between meals can damage your teeth without you even realising it, EVEN if you don’t eat sweets?
Here are the golden rules:
🚫 Avoid hard or sticky foods like caramel, nuts and crusty bread. Hard healthy food like carrots are fine as long as you chop them into small pieces first!

💧 Between meals, water only. Fizzy drinks and juice? Save them for mealtimes, NOT between. The sugar and acid sitting on your teeth all day significantly increases the risk of cavities, even with diet drinks.
