هذه الحالة لمريضة زارتنا تشكو من عدة مشاكل في الفك العلوي وقد تبين وجود جسر قديم في حالة حركة مع وجود جذور متبقية أسفله والتهابات في اللثة مما استدعى إزالة الجسر وخلع الجذور المتبقية
