Those tiny teeth may be small, but they still need protection. 👶🏽

As your baby’s teeth begin to come in, avoid allowing them to fall asleep with bottles containing juice or sweetened drinks, as sugars can remain on the teeth during sleep and lead to early childhood cavities, often called baby bottle caries. 🍼

If your little one insists on milk at bedtime, try gradually diluting it as recommended by your dental professional rather than allowing full-strength sweetened bottles overnight.

Healthy habits early can help protect those little smiles for years to come. 💙

Filled with laughter, roses and sweet surprises shared between teammates who truly feel like family, it was a beautiful reminder of how appreciated these women are both inside and outside the office. 🌹🌹

A special thank you to our patient, , for the beautiful cake creations that made the day even sweeter, and to our Dental Hygienists for the thoughtful roses that brightened every smile. 🌹

Lupus is often called an invisible illness, but some of its effects can appear in the mouth long before people realise what’s happening in the body.

Dry mouth, mouth sores, gum inflammation and increased sensitivity are just some of the oral health challenges persons living with lupus may experience. Reduced saliva flow may also increase the risk of cavities and infections over time.

This World Lupus Day, we join the call to make lupus visible by encouraging greater awareness of the connection between oral health and overall health. 💜
