- Hard tissues managed using 3d customized meshes
- Soft tissues managed by the apically positioned flap technique in the upper jaw and FGG in the lower jaw.
- Acrylic temporary bridges and zirconia final bridges.

3 years is a CRUCIAL period because it is precisely when the remodeling is completed.
The volume is well maintained, and I think we are on the right path to long-term success... I’ll keep you updated!

- 21 cases of severe atrophies treated using 3D zirconia mesh.
- Exposure rate of 9.5% (two cases).

I truly believe that this surgical procedure could be a predictable alternative useful to reconstruct the bone reducing the post-operative complication rate.
