Many patients/clinicians ask to themselves: "Dental Implantology" and "Oral Implantology" are synonymous or they are two different concepts in issue?
Well!
is either the substitution of definitively compromised teeth or the add of missed ones, in hard (bone) and soft (mucogingival) .
is ever the substitution of compromised teeth or the add of missed ones, BUT in hard/soft tissues by means of , and/or Oral Surgery in edentulous (atrophic) or compromised (altered) jaw segments.
Do they look the same?

Molti pazienti/clinici si chiedono: L'"Implantologia Dentale" e l'"Implantologia Orale" sono sinonimi o sono due concetti diversi in materia di ?
Bene!
L' è la sostituzione dei denti definitivamente compromessi o l'aggiunta di quelli mancati, nei tessuti duri (ossei) e molli (muco-gengivali).
L' è sempre la sostituzione dei denti compromessi o l'aggiunta di quelli persi, MA in tessuti duri/molli tramite Chirurgia Orale , e/o dei segmenti mascellari edentuli (atrofici) o compromessi (alterati).
Sembrano uguali?

I'd say (primarily) to two issues:
1. Surgical : "Minimally Invasive" one ...
2. Biomaterial : when, where and why is indicated or not ...

IT: Nell' dentale, sia i dentisti sia i pazienti sono solitamente concentrati sui denti da rimuovere.
Bene!
Ma ora, lasciatemi parlare di un ARGOMENTO molto poco discusso in :
La " dei denti adiacenti" (all'estrazione).
DOMANDA: A cosa dovremmo prestare particolare attenzione?
Direi (in primo luogo) a due questioni:
1. chirurgica: "Minimamente Invasiva" ...
2. di biomateriale: quando, dove e perché è indicato o no ...
