🔹️Treatment Plan:
1️⃣ Pre-surgical Phase orthodontic treatment for 14 months. The challenging part of treatment for this case was protraction of lower posterior teeth while correcting the severe lower incisors lingual inclination at the same time. I used intra-radicular screw and traction force attached to customized power arm on 1st molar. Anterior component of this force system made correction of lower incisors inclination while protracting posterior teeth simultaneously.
2️⃣ Both jaw surgery. Maxillary advancement + assymetric mandibular set back.
3️⃣ Post-surgical orthodontic phase for 6 months.
