Root canal treatment of lower 1st molar
Diagnosis: acute irreversible pulpitis
Management :
- access opening
- rubber dam isolation
- glide path 10 ,15 iso
- during instrumentation fracture of SX file
Then bypass used D-finder file
- continue instrumentation up to 30 4%
- irrigation by NaOCl 5.25% for 30 min
-the file was retrieved during irrigation
-obturation ( lateral condensation tech. )
With Calcium hydroxide sealer from kerr
