الحالة لا تزال تحت العلاج ✨

بهذه الصور رح نشوف شلون جهاز التقويم الوظيفي يساهم بتوجيه نمو الفك وتحسين العلاقة بين الفكين، وبالتالي يساعد على تحقيق تناسق أفضل لملامح الوجه مع مرور الوقت.

ولهذا دائما نأكد على أهمية التشخيص والعلاج المبكر للاطفال الي يعانون من مشاكل في نمو الفكين او الإطباق، لان التدخل بوقت مناسب ممكن يصنع فرق جبير بالمستقبل.

•Hybrid functional appliances are specifically designed to address mandibular and facial asymmetry by combining different functional components on each side of the appliance.

•In growing patients with mild-to-moderate mandibular asymmetry, hybrid functional appliances can provide differential stimulation of growth, encouraging greater development on the deficient side.

•The appliance can use a bite block on the unaffected side to restrict vertical eruption, while allowing selective eruption and vertical development on the affected side.

•Clinical reports have demonstrated improvement in mandibular deviation, maxillary occlusal cant, and facial symmetry following treatment with hybrid functional appliances in growing patients.

•Its effectiveness depends on the severity of the asymmetry and the remaining growth potential.

• Chin-cup therapy is primarily indicated for growing patients with skeletal Class III malocclusion associated with mandibular prognathism.

• Studies report a downward and backward rotation of the mandible, contributing to improvement of the skeletal Class III profile.

• Treatment may increase lower anterior facial height and mandibular plane angle, reflecting the tendency toward downward and backward mandibular rotation. This vertical effect should therefore be considered when selecting patients.

The Removable Mandibular Retractor is a functional appliance designed for the early correction of Class III malocclusion in growing patients.
Clinical evidence has shown that RMR improves jaw relationship, enhances facial profile, and corrects anterior crossbite within a relatively short treatment period.
It also produces favorable dentoalveolar adaptations while maintaining acceptable patient comfort and compliance. Early intervention with RMR may contribute to more stable and effective treatment outcomes.
