📌Case report of an endodontic treatment:
•Tooth: lower left 1 #.
•Chief compliant: sudden waking up during night sleeping.
•Clinical examination: trauma with time due to occlusion (attrition) led to pulp exposure then unfortunately a necrotic tooth.
•Treatment:
Access opening from the center of the tooth then using file 10 #, by apex locator it showed 15mm the working length of this tooth, then after taking WL Xray, i started instrumentation till file 35 #, then step back technique till 55 #, of course with each insertion of a file, irrigation with sodium Hypochlorite was done.
Master apical file was 35 #, i used 35 size gutta percha which became my master cone for this tooth.
We took Xray (MC Xray).
Then irrigation with EDTA plus Normal saline with one minute activating in both applications.
Sealer with master cone was placed, then condensed then accessory gutta percha were placed then cut off by the condenser.
