Officially a specialist in Restorative and Conservative Dentistry.

الحمدلله اليوم نلنا شهادة الدبلوم العالي (سنتين) في مجال علاج وترميم الاسنان في كلية طب الأسنان/ جامعة هولير الطيعة، وصرنا رسمياً طبيب اخصائي في عذا المجال.
دوای دوو ساڵ ڕەنج و ماندیبوون، سپاس بۆ خودا توانیمان بڕوانامەی [دیبلۆمی باڵای دوو ساڵەی پزیشکیی ددانی پیشەیی] لە بواری چارەسەرکردنی ددان [Conservative Dentistry]دا لە کۆلێژی پزیشکیی ددانی زانکۆی پزیشکیی هەولێر بەدەست بهێنین، و بە فەڕمی ببینە پسپۆڕ لەو بوارەدا.

سپاسی بێ پایان بۆ خانەوادەکەم کە لە کاتە سەختەکاندا داڵدە و پەنا بوون. سپاس بۆ هەموو ئەو هاوڕێ و پزیشکانەی کە لە ماوەی ئەو دوو ساڵەدا یارمەتییان داین و ماندوونەناسانە لەگەڵمان بوون، شانازییان پێوە دەکەین.

سپاس بۆ (پ. ی. د. شاخەوان قادر قادر) کە سەرپەرشتیارم بوو توێژینەوەکەمدا.
سپاس بۆ (پ. د. دیار خالید بەکر) کە وەک سەرۆک بەش (ئەو کاتە) بێ وچان لە ماوەی ئەم دوو ساڵەدا دوور و نزیک یارمەتی داین.

سپاسی هەموو مامۆستا بەڕێزەکانی بەشەکەمان و ڕاگرایەتیی کۆلێژ دەکەین کە ناتوانین لێرە ناوی هەموویان بهێنین، کەسیان درێغییان نەکرد.

تێبینی/ توێژینەوەکەمان پشتیوان بە خوا، بڕیار وایە لە ناو مانگی دیسێمبەردا بڵاو ببێتەوە.

This was a challenging case with poor oral hygiene at presentation. After a thorough scaling and polishing, I proceeded with endodontic treatment and buildup of the right central and lateral incisors. An intentional root canal treatment was also performed on the left central incisor due to severe proclination.

Following extraction of the left lateral incisor and adequate healing time, I prepared the three anterior teeth along with both upper canines. A 6-unit zirconia bridge was then constructed, successfully restoring esthetics, function, and midline harmony; correcting a significant shift toward the right side.

P.S That was phase I of the treatment, we will start with the rest soon.

كانت هذه حالة صعبة بسبب سوء نظافة الفم عند المراجعة الأولى. بعد إجراء تنظيف شامل (تقليح وتلميع)، بدأت بمعالجة الجذر وترميم السن للقاطع والضاحك الأيمن، كما قمت بإجراء معالجة لبية مقصودة للقاطع الأيسر بسبب بروز شديد في موقعه.

بعد خلع الضاحك الأيسر وانتظار فترة الشفاء، تم تحضير الأسنان الثلاثة الأمامية مع النابين العلويين، ثم صُنعت جسر زركونيا مكوّن من ٦ وحدات، مما أعاد الجمالية والوظيفة وتموضع الخط الوسطي بعد أن كان هناك انحراف كبير نحو الجانب الأيمن.

ملاحظة: كانت هذه المرحلة الأولى من العلاج، وسنبدأ بالمرحلة التالية قريباً
