For this smile revision..
old veneers removed , a bit of gingival contouring , enhancing function and creating a more harmonious tooth size distribution, which made the front teeth appear more balanced and slightly longer.
On the upper 1st molars and premolars, used a minimal prep veneer to expand the smile and achieve symmetry.

‎‏In this case i did
‎‏- DSD
‎‏- gingivectomy
‎‏- Wax up and mock up
‎‏- Prep for upper 10 veneers
‎‏- Cementation : i used choice 2 veneer cement from BISCO , in this case i mixed two shades to match my high translucent veneers (A1+translucent ) to add up some value to the final result

Each component contributes uniquely to the Aesthetic outcome..
veneer’s intrinsic color and translucency, opalescence, fluorescence, surface texture and shape properties, the brand and batches of the porcelain used, the number of porcelain firings and the condensation technique, setting the foundation for the desired hue.
The shade of the abutment, natural tooth structure influences the veneer’s appearance .
the choice of resin cement, varying in opacity and translucency, , resin cement brand , plays a major role in either harmonizing or contrasting with the veneer’s color, ultimately defining the final shade and achieving a seamless integration with the surrounding teeth.

اولاً : الجانب العلمي من حيث تكنيك العمل و الخطوات.
ثانيا ً : الجانب الي هو جداً مهم لكل الي حاب و عنده شغف يدخل المجال و هو " النظرة الجمالية
للطبيب" او بمعنى ابسط (الذوق) ..

و هالشي احنا مو نتعلمه انما نكدر نكسبه و نطوره هم
اول شي نعرف اصل الشغلة شنو ؟
هدفنا انه نطلع اسنان تشبه الطبيعية بكل تفاصيلها يعني لازم نشوف الاناتومي و الشكل ، الالوان ، سطح الاسنان ، و اختلافتهم ، تاثير الضوء عليهم و هواية تفاصيل
و بعدين لازم نفعل شي اسمه visual memory يعني نسوي تغدية بصرية
بمعنى( اعود عيني تشوف و تركز على الابتسامات الي تعتبر جمالياً ملفتة) و هالشي ممكن تشوفوه بمجلات ، ممثلين ، مشاهير ناس تعرفوهم و رح تندهشون من كمية الاختلاف و شلون كل شي اله جماليته و تناسقه مع الشخص ✨

One of the most difficult cases i treated yet we are very happy how it turned out! 🙌
Every time I am fortunate enough to share a patients full face smile transformation I become super excited because this is where you see it ALL come together 🤩!!
Facial harmony improvement and improved proportions help to take his smile to the next level✨🔝
Patient came to my clinic to improve his teeth appearance and posterior teeth replacement .
The treatment plan was as following :
-Posterior implants with .khurshid_khrwatany
-VDO alteration to compensate the VD loss
-restorative phase , RCT
-gingival contouring
-DSD and mock up
-mix of veneers and crowns were made to give my patient the smile he deserve .
