Direct composite restoration
I tried to copy the anatomy here by copying the “before” picture, but the final result didn’t have the same looking anatomy because of 2 reasons in my opinion:
1- I didn’t use dental stain, as it would cause contrast
2- The composite I used was from Tokuyama which according to my experience with it, it doesn’t give aggressive anatomy but its final result is a smooth restoration that doesn’t even need polishing, that’s an advantage and disadvantage at the same time
So the importance here was to restore it functionally and build a restoration that lasts long
