CAF “coronal advanced flap” with CTG “connective tissue graft”
NCCL (non carious cervical lesion) due to improper, aggressive, technically incorrect tooth brushing will result in such defects which may causes tooth hypersensitivity, gingival recession , cervical lesion . This case was treated as following sequences ;
1- Restoring lost CEJ (cemento-enamel junction) using CLEARFIL™ AP-X Esthetics Flow .noritake.us
2- Get more advancement of attached gingiva by CAF design
3- Harvesting CT graft from hard palate for increasing tissue thickness and bulk and get the advantage of keratinized tissue.
4- Securing graft and flap with 5-0 and 6-0 PTFE suture for proper adaptation and immobilization.
This case done with great dr 🌷
