RCT was treated on 2012 &crown placed on 21st April 2025 , patient came to me on 2nd jan 2026 complaining of pus discharge & pain frequently before & after crown capping as expected there was root resorption so I advice for extraction ( extraction done) than replacement of the tooth as per patience choice.....
Before coming to me pateint frequently goes to previous dentist with pus discharge complaint no IOPA was taken Sometimes they advice for antibiotics & sometimes for oral prophylaxis (according to pt & I believe that bcoz if IOPA was taken case might be different ) & most importantly IOPA was not taken even before tooth preparation
