A faulty prosthesis
does more Harm than Good !!!!

A five unit crown on the support of one tooth was removed from this patient's mouth, which had been causing continuous long term trauma to the adjacent oral mucosa.
This constant friction of long span crown and bridge caused a significant huge growth in the retromolar area of patient mouth !!!!

TAKE AWAY Points !!!

🔶 A regular dental followup / review is recommended for everyone..Atleast ONCE a Year !!!!!
Think of it as a maintainance visit !!!!

P.S :- this patient the crown was removed. The tissue was excised and sent for histopathology testing .
