A 14 years of age female reported with occasional pain & swelling in the upper left maxillary region.

OPG & CBCT scans revealed a cystic lesion associated with an impacted permanent canine lodged in the lateral nasal wall. Expansion & thinning of the labial & palatal cortical plates with perforation seen. Lesion involves the left nasal co**ha with nasal and sinus margins elevated.

Cyst dimension - 18mm Anteroposteriorly X 26.3mm Superoinferiorly X 17.3mm Mediolaterally.

Surgery was performed under local anaesthesia to remove the cystic lesion & the impacted canine.

Earlier this year, on 21st March 2024 we completed 20 years of practicing dental service to our people. Overwhelming as it can be, time sure has flown so fast.
