When digital dentistry turns two crowns into a 2-hour journey. 🦷✨

A case of bilateral mandibular first molars where the patient had undergone RCT a few years ago but, after relocating, couldn’t get the definitive crowns placed.

She came to us with both teeth asymptomatic, and radiographic evaluation showed satisfactory endodontic treatment — so we proceeded with the definitive restoration rather than retreatment.

Using our digital workflow + CEREC Primescan + CEREC Primemill, we completed both all-ceramic crowns in just 2 hours. ⏱️

From digital scanning → virtual designing → milling → finishing → final cementation — the entire workflow was completed in-house.

🦷 When weak enamel needs more than a filling.

A young patient presented with a fractured cusp associated with enamel hypoplasia — a condition that can leave the enamel weaker and more susceptible to fracture.

We began by improving the foundation: Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) ✨
The before-and-after highlights how effectively GBT removed the disclosed biofilm and improved the overall oral hygiene before proceeding with restorative treatment.

For the fractured tooth, rather than simply replacing the lost cusp with a composite filling, we opted for an indirect lithium disilicate restoration to provide enhanced strength, precision and protection to the compromised tooth structure.

A young patient presented with a fractured cusp due to enamel hypoplasia — a condition where the enamel is thinner/weaker than normal, making the tooth more prone to fracture.

Instead of simply restoring the missing cusp with composite, we chose an indirect lithium disilicate restoration for better strength, durability and long-term protection. ✨

When extensive caries compromises cuspal anatomy, restoration should bring back more than just the shape—it should restore strength. 🦷✨

A large proximal cavity in the upper second premolar had resulted in significant loss of cuspal anatomy. An inlay was digitally designed and fabricated in-house using the CEREC Prime Mill, then cemented to restore the tooth’s anatomy, function, and strength.

They may be temporary, but their impact is permanent!!

A 5-year-old presented with pain in both lower posterior regions. Examination revealed deep caries with pulpal involvement in all four lower primary molars,along with additional dentinal caries in the upper primary teeth.

✨ Treatment included:
• Pulp therapy of all four lower primary molars
• Stainless steel crowns for strength, protection and function
• Restorations for teeth with dentinal caries

The result: pain relief, elimination of infection and restoration of function.💙

Primary teeth are the foundation for the developing permanent dentition. They help maintain the space needed for permanent teeth, support proper chewing and contribute to normal oral development.

Trauma can take away a smile… but dentistry can give it back — sometimes even more beautifully. 🦷✨

A traumatic injury to the central incisors left the teeth significantly mobile, making immediate stabilization essential. 🩹

The teeth were carefully splinted for 21 days, giving the supporting tissues time to heal and the teeth a chance to stabilize.

Once healing was achieved, RCT was performed on both central incisors, followed by the final step — restoring the smile. ✨

And this is where digital dentistry came in! 💻🦷

The final all-ceramic crowns were digitally designed and fabricated in-house using our CEREC Primemill, allowing us to control the entire process under one roof — from digital workflow to milling and final restoration.
