Patient complained of rootstump🦷 on the upper right back teeth region. On examination we found rootstump of 18. Patient went to another clinic few years back for the extraction of the same and tooth was fractured and was not completely removed..

Patient came to our clinic complaining of rootstumps on upper front region. On examination 2 root stumps (canine and premolar) were appreciated. We adviced extraction of both followed by teeth replacement after wound healing.. 🦷

Patient came to clinic complaining of stains on teeth🦷. Patient has history of cigarette smoking and pan chewing. On examination entire teeth was stained.
We adviced professional dental cleaning and councelling was done to quit smoking and pan chewing.

Smoking causes ☆ tooth stains ☆ increased teeth calculus (tartar) ☆ gum disease ☆ tooth loss and ☆ cancer of the mouth

Patient came to our clinic complaining of root stump in the lower front region.. On examination entire root stump was covered by gingiva.. After administering local anethesia💉 we reflected the gingival tissues and using dental elevators root stump was removed.. ❤

Patient have never done any professional dental cleaning due to fear of teeth sensitivity😰.. patient was educated on oral hygiene maintenance, brushing techniques and importance of flossing..
On examintion we saw excessive calculus deposits covering lingual and palatal surfaces of all teeth.. full mouth scaling was done and patient was satisfied with the results..✌
