Dental clinics are the safest places to visit. Not only now when the cases are low, but even when the cases are rising, because all dentists are well versed with standard infection control protocols.

Even if a dental patient carrying a virus enters the clinic, the virus from his mouth will not enter the dental aerosol during a procedure - all thanks to regular use of hi-vac suction, preprocedural rinses (and rubber dam) by the dentists. That's why almost all content of dental aerosol comes from the dental chair water bottle, and nothing from saliva. So nobody (not even the next patient) will get infected.

Patients should visit dental clinics without any fear. Not only for emergency procedures- but for all types of elective and esthetic/ cosmetic procedures.
