Hello friends, here's a case of NSRCT of a maxillary 2nd molar with a single canal.
U realise it's pointless to fit a master cone, when u can visualise an oval apical foramen, Obturation completed by Sq**rt or Rapid flow technique.

Hello everyone, sharing a case of NSRCT in a previously treated 46 with a separated insturment in MB canal. Multiple attempts to remove the separated insturment by the junior dentist, the senior denist and the visiting endodontist ( without magnigication ) ended up with a perforation in the furcation and a structurally compromised molar. Patient was advised extraction and implant. Patient was keen on saving the molar, sought second opinion and was referred to me.

62 yrs old, female, C/o thermal sensitivity for 10-12 days
Diagnosis : Pulpal -Symtomatic, Irreversible pulpitis
Cleaning : NaOCl 5%, EDTA 17.5 %, PUI
Shaping : K file, S1 S2 F1 F2 followed by SAF 1.5 mm
Obturation : WVC
