8 years old child presented with necrotic pulp along with open apices which was a challenging issue. Such tooth with thin radicular walls & the wide lumen of the apical foramen makes it difficult to maintain the filling material inside the root canal system.
Cvek’s stage III indicates wide & divergent apical opening. The apical foramen diameter is higher than the root canal lumen. MAF ISO 70 k file followed by thorough irrigation. MTA plug of more than 5mm followed by WVC. POR with Composite..
