Case Spotlight: Full Mouth Implant Rehabilitation
A 32-year-old female patient presented with multiple non-restorable teeth requiring comprehensive oral rehabilitation.
Treatment was carried out using 6 dental implants in the maxillary arch and 6 dental implants in the mandibular arch, restored with multi-unit abutments and a fixed screw-retained hybrid prosthesis.
Why Multi-Unit Abutments? Multi-unit abutments are an integral part of full-arch implant rehabilitation. They help correct implant angulation, establish a common path of insertion, minimize stress on the prosthesis, and allow the hybrid prosthesis to be screw-retained for easier maintenance and long-term retrievability.
The final restoration successfully re-established function, aesthetics, phonetics, and patient confidence, providing a stable and predictable full-arch rehabilitation.
Shared with the patient's informed consent.
