PATIENT COMPLAINED-extremely severe pain.
ON EXAMINATION-dc class 2-37,grade 1 mobility 37,severe tenderness on percussion.
TREATMENT PLAN-RCT in 37(following proper protocol for a lesion case & obturation with bio-ceramic sealer)

patient was very well cooperative for the treatment and never hesitated about the treatment duration ,AS A RESULT ,PERIAPICAL LESION IS COMPLETELY HEALED AND BONE FORMATION IS ALSO EVIDENT AFTER 1 YEAR
