A 78 yr old patient reported to clinic with chief complaint of loose dentures. The patient had reduced bone support in the lower jaw because of resorption of ridge. The patient desired a more stable and retentive denture to chew effectively. Hence implant supported denture was proposed to the patient. Two Nobel Biocare implants were placed in the canine region of the lower jaw. After a period of healing the dentures were fabricated and connected to the implants. The patient reported good fit of the denture and was able to chew food more effectively than conventional denture.

A 51yr old female patient reported to dental clinic with chief complaint of multiple missing teeth and inability to chew efficiently. The patient had habit of grinding her teeth, in addition to the above problem patient had developed gastro-esophageal reflux disorder leading to erosion of her teeth. The patient desired a better smile and masticatory function. A complete oral rehabilitation of the patient was decided upon comprising restoration of the lost height, replacement of missing teeth and providing an esthetic appearance. The patient was restored with ceramic bridge in upper and lower anterior region, metal bridge in lower posterior region and vast partial denture for missing upper posterior teeth.

A 45yr old patient reported to dental clinic with chief complaint of missing teeth due to gum disease and decay. The patient had missing teeth in upper front and lower back jaw region. Patient also had spacing in her tooth before she lost them. The prosthesis had to replace the missing teeth in a manner so as to fullfil patients functional as well as esthetic needs.
A six unit ceramic bridge was given for front teeth and metal bridge and crown were given to replace missing back teeth.

A 25yr old male reported to dental clinic with chief complaint of missing front four teeth. the patient had lost his front teeth in motor vehicle accident. The patient was not ready for dental implants due to financial issues, hence a fixed bridge was planned to restore the teeth and lost esthetics of the patient.

A 70 yr old male came to dental clinic with chief complaint of missing all teeth. The patient had severe loss of ridge height, also the ridges were flabby.
