Before you get upset stop and take a moment to actually understand your children and why they act the way they do. It will change your parenting completely.

Children aren't purposely trying to give you a hard time, they are having a hard time.

Children don't go out of their way to frustrate you, they are just frustrated.

I promise they don’t want to upset you, they are just upset.

They are still learning how to handle their emotions, & if you can’t handle your own how do you expect them to learn how to?

So just take a moment to take a deep breath & maybe they will too 💗
