Here's post from an esteemed patient of his experience after visiting 32 Sparklez Dental Health Centre:

"My first experience of visiting a Dental clinic during the pandemic was a pleasing one. I was worried and nervous about the precautions being taken but I was comforted by the.professional approach to ensuring hygiene and making sure the risk of catching the virus was totally minimised. The new ways of working means your temperature and oxygen is checked, using hand sanitizers, face mask, a disposable cap, feet covers and you feel as if you are going for a moon walk. But all of these were carried out efficiently by the Doctor’s staff and there was no discomfort. A huge relief. The treatment itself was excellent with a BIB covering and immediately after the treatment proper sanitisation and fogging of the equipment’s were carried out!
The pandemic has put a huge pressure especially on Dental clinics and their ways of working. The cost of operations also has gone up. But kudos to the Doctor and team for making the patient comfortable and relaxed and provide a safe environment for the treatment. Well done Doctor."Raja Subramaniam

Covid 19 has disrupted most activities and we have been no exceptions specially considering that the Dental professionals would be the highest prone whilst working under such environment.
However over the last few months protocols are being established so that our Dental clinic can open up for urgent cases leaving the less urgent ones to be deferred for now. 10 days back we opened up to handle select urgent cases and our protocols have been standardised to handle more patients requiring our services.Many of these procedures our clinic was already following even in pre Covid times but now we have strengthened it further to make it more safer to work in the changed environment.
Only patients are allowed inside our clinic and only the attending specialist and concerned dental assistant/s are allowed to be present within the treatment cabin.Before and after handling a patient, entire area undergoes disinfection and all places of contact sanitised n wiped clean.Appropriate protective attire is used ,and many more fine aspects though not covered here are handled in protocol so that both the patient and the attending specialist n co workers work in the safety of the environment and one shall be experiencing the nuances when you step into our clinic.It needs people involvement and we are glad to have a set of dental assistants and staff who have imbibed all these additional protocols in short span of time.

It won't be long before we start full operations,till such time only urgent cases shall continued to be handled!!!
