Along with maintaining our health,we should also put efforts in maintaining health of our mother nature .

Details of plogging: Plogging is conducted regularly in and around our society when we try to pick up plastic and litter. Sometimes the packets go deep inside the earth and need to be pulled out!!

Details of recycling drive: Our society has been conducting a recycling project in society since 2017 when collection drives were started by Foundation at Teen Hath Naka in Thane in 2017 January. They encouraged the residents of Thane to drop their plastic waste there. Many people contributed enthusiastically and the drive has continued through regular monthly (and now bimonthly) drives since then.

As the contribution from our society increased and many people responded enthusiastically, we tied up with For Change and PLASTIC BRIGADE CHARITABLE TRUST and gave our plastic to them since August 2019.

Till date, we have contributed over 24000 kg to the plastic collection drive with the contribution of our active recycling champions of Runwal Garden City!

Bottles For Change, sends their vehicle at your doorstep to collect the plastic from your society if the quantity is sizable and it very easy to work through their App and in case any help is needed feel free to connect.
