This patient came to us with severe pain in their wisdom tooth. Upon taking an X-ray we discovered severely curved roots. Curved roots make navigating the microscopic root canals incredibly difficult and require immense precision to avoid breaking instruments or missing hidden anatomy.

✨ The Result:
Using advanced endodontic techniques and precise root canal treatment Dr. Mitali successfully navigated the extreme curves to completely clean, seal, and save the tooth (Image 2)! The patient is now completely pain-free and got to keep their natural tooth, avoiding a complex surgical extraction.
