A case of Re- RCT of a tooth with a lot of infection and badly broken down crown structure. Re RCT was successfully done and core build up of the tooth (building of the crown structure) was done followed by an E-max crown (all ceramic) to restore function and esthetics. Because every tooth matters!

Smile Designing with ceramic veneers
This case was very challenging for me for two reasons
1. The patient is a dentist with high esthetic expectations
2. Patient had a very serious time constraint.
A 27 year old female patient had an important social event to attend in few days and wanted an urgent smile makeover.
Pt had mild fluorosis and had also undergone orthodontic treatment followed by composite build ups few years back but in due time it got discoloured and she wanted a permanent solution.
Ceramic veneers from canine to canine was planned with an intention to change the shape and shade of the existing upper front teeth.
